What does Clientyr actually do?+
We are a small team that takes the repetitive admin off your plate. We build your business its own Tailor-made System for enquiries, data entry, quoting and chasing invoices, and then we stay on the other end of it. You tell us what needs changing and we do the work. You get your time back without having to become a software person.
How do we start?+
With the Fit Check. Tell us a bit about your business and we'll tell you straight whether working together makes sense for you. No obligation, just 2 minutes of your time.
Do I need to be technical?+
Not at all, and you never deal with this alone. There is nothing for you to set up or manage because we do it. No jargon, and no software to learn. When something needs changing later, you message us and we handle it.
How it works
Will this disrupt how we work?+
No. We look at the tools you already use, plan around the way your business actually runs, then build and deliver your system within 48 hours. Nothing about your day changes except that it gets faster and smoother, and we are on the other end if it needs adjusting.
What kind of businesses do you work with?+

Who do I actually deal with?+
Oliver or Sam. We are brothers, Sam spent years in HVAC before we started this, and there is no support tier to climb. You are dealing with the people who built your system.
Pricing
What does it cost?+
Everyone starts with the Fit Check. If your admin setup is a fit, a $10 setup fee builds your own Tailor-made System and starts the partnership. After your first 14 days it is $99 AUD monthly (inc. GST), and that one price covers both the system and the team behind it: changes come straight to us, with no change fee and no hourly rate. If you are already running lean, we give you an automation blueprint to action yourself instead. It is month to month: cancel online in one click, with no exit fee. Prices in AUD.
What happens when I take the Fit Check?+
It is free and takes about two minutes, and your result appears on screen straight away. At the end you get a straight answer from us: an instant $10 offer to join if your business genuinely fits, and an honest no if it does not. There is no obligation and no hard sell.

What happens to my information?+
We only ask for what we need to personally help, we keep it secure, and we never sell or share any of it to outside sources.
